I thrive with challenges, and I constantly set goals for myself. Creating a not-for-profit organization this past year, and designing various medical products, are examples of challenges and projects I have completed. I was selected as lead designer for most projects I have worked on, in the past two years.

Based on the scope of the project, I typically use the agile/scrum framework to tailor each of the sprints and workflow to its specific scope, which offers transparency, room for inspection, and adaptation: key steps in producing a well-done project. My work is not completed until the stakeholders are satisfied with the result of their products.

I am a responsible and resilient person. I ensure that all projects or tasks are done well and on time. When faced with challenges, I will handle them accordingly, with the proper strategy (swarming, prioritizing the backlog, using the minimum viable product to re-evaluate the sprints, etc.). Stressful situations do not intimidate me, but motivate me to find a solution to any obstacles.
